Who we are
D&L Care Services, INC was established in June 2023 by Dal Brown and Laura Stellar Brown, initially for providing Pre-Employment Transition training services and various employment services to the Florida Department of Education, Department of Vocational Rehabilitation. Dal and Laura are seasoned operators who bring proven expertise to D&L from their experience in operating two other existing for-profit enterprises. We now offer services to the community at large, including seniors, veterans and the economically disadvantaged in our community.
Dal and Laura are a power couple with a combined 25 plus years’ experience in the delivery of human services.
Dal’s background is in business management, spending almost 30 years in retail management and innovation.
Laura’s experience in financial services and human services spans 30 years.
Both Dal and Laura are also credentialed in the several human services specialties.
Dal and Laura also own and operate Texas based Stellar Healthcare Services, LLC and Florida based Orion Care Services, LLC.
Together, we bring our expertise to deliver exceedingly outstanding service.
